Payroll administrators see the status of every pay run, including off-cycle runs, in a dashboard inside Workday. The dashboard timeline comes from real pay run events, and Workday stores no payroll data.
Return payroll results

When your team approves a reconciled pay run, datascalehr sends the gross-to-net results to Workday as one line per earning and deduction for each worker. datascalehr flags unmapped pay codes before approval and traces every error to the worker line that caused the error.
Deliver payslips and documents

Payslips, tax documents and other payroll files go to each employee’s Workday self-service, per worker and per pay run. datascalehr keeps the files only until Workday receives them.
