Our Story.

We worked together long before datascalehr, building the payroll systems much of the industry still runs on.

Between us we designed and ran ADP GlobalView, the world’s first multi-country payroll platform, and spent years building enterprise software at IBM, SAP, and companies Deel later acquired.

We ran large implementation and service teams ourselves, so we know this problem from the payroll admin and the payroll consultant’s point of view – not just the from a technology standpoint.

Why now?

Payroll’s data architecture has not changed in fifty years and the last thing the world needs is yet-another-system-of-record.

While the rest of enterprise software was rebuilt around AI and modern data tools, payroll kept forcing complicated people data into rigid, predefined structures. That approach held while a company ran payroll in a handful of countries. It broke once companies operated in dozens of countries with dozens of providers, and today the mismatch shows up as implementations that run years long and break every time a rule changes.

Reinvented.

So we built datascalehr to work the other way around.

Instead of forcing your data into a fixed model, the platform learns the structure of whatever you send it, in whatever format, from whatever system.

The AI learns from every action the user takes, so each connection is faster than the last. Work that used to take six months takes minutes.

The results speak for themselves: Four of the world’s top five payroll operators now run on datascalehr, across 180 countries.
